Call Logger is a hardware and software combined solution to record incoming and outgoing calls, which later on can be retrieved for analysis, quality monitoring and many other purposes. Recordings start and stop automatically using either phone line voltage sensing or audio activation

Analog Loggers via USB to PC

Flash Memory Based

• Analog Loggers with Flash Memory without on-device player
• Analog Loggers with Flash Memory with on-device player
  Available in the following Ports (lines) ::
  1 Port, 2 Ports. Data can be downloaded to the PC anytime for taking backup with a simple connection via the USB.

Hard Disk Based

• Analog Loggers with 40/80/120GB HD without on-device player
• Analog Loggers with 40/80/120GB HD with on-device player

2 Ports and 4 Ports. Data can be downloaded to the PC anytime for taking backup with a simple connection via the USB.

Digital Loggers

• E1 Loggers   :  PCI card based. From one E1 to 10 E1 on a single PC
• PRI Loggers  :  PCI card based. From one PRI to 10 PRI on a single PC

Digital Extension Loggers

Supports major PBX Digital Extensions.
Starts from 4 Ports to 100+ ports on a single PC
